Volunteers required to work alongside our Arrangement for Care and Support Service, triaging referrals and completing telephone client reviews, ensuring everything is in place to manage their care and support and feeding back any requirements needed to the team. You will be working closely with Advisors to make sure clients are fully supported. You will work through a list of clients that require a review of their Direct Payment support, contacting them by phone and completing a review form. When clients aren’t contactable by phone or if they would prefer to complete the form themselves you will be required to email them to clients and receive them back, ensuring that the information is also logged and passed on where necessary. You will then ensurethat any requirements are fed back to the clients Advisor and updating records on our internal case recording system.
Ideally volunteers interested in this role will have a good telephone manner and strong communication skills, be I.T. literate, can keep up to date records, have good time managementand the ability to empathise.
Volunteers are required to cover Monday to Friday, flexible hours, so we will be recruiting several volunteers for this role.
