Our Information and Signposting Line can help you find the right people and organisations to support you with your or your family’s needs.

How do I get help?

If you are registered with our Community Connections service, you can use this service:

• If you have a disabled child aged 0-18 years.
• You need information about out of school activity groups and clubs in the local area. We can help find a club or activity that matches your child’s interests, or something on a particular day that suits your family.

Important: please tell the person that answers your call that you are contacting us through the Community Connections service.
