1) Community Inclusion Worker & Out of School Club Support Worker
(Supporting children & young people with lived experience of disability 5-18 years)

Do you want to make a real difference to young people with lived experience of disability or long-term health conditions?

We have some exciting opportunities to join our expanding Community Engagement

Roles:
You will use your ability to connect with young people to support them to take part in creative, fun and accessible activity sessions. 

You will need to be confident to provide high quality support and personal care, (including medication) and be able to offer behaviour support to young people aged 5-18 years.  Full training provided.

As we continue to expand our services across Cheshire, we are recruiting for the following roles;

  • Assistant Group Coordinator– 7.5 hours a week (Tuesday-Thursday), exciting opportunity to support young people aged 5-18 years within our sensory based after school club and our inclusive youth club.   Working across Cheshire.
  • Inclusion Worker – 12 hours per week (Tuesdays & Wednesday) available with flexibility required to work daytime, afterschool and evening, with occasional weekends, covering Cheshire West.  You will be responsible for supporting young people to access universal community-based activity groups based in Cheshire West.

2) Supported Banking Service Clerk

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Supported Banking Team, reporting to the Supported Banking Manager. A full time and part time position is available. The successful candidate(s) will be part of a team that administer direct payment/self-funded bank accounts for approximately 1,300 clients. This includes processing payments in line with the account holder’s instructions for payslips and invoices, sending audits to local authorities and Clinical Commissioning groups when requested and reconciling accounts.

You must
Have experience of working with databases and case recording systems and have excellent communication skills. You are required to work independently as well as part of a team and have the ability to manage your own time and caseload.
