(1) Payroll Clerk
We have an opportunity to join our experienced team processing liabilities payments of Tax and Pensions for Carer’s Schemes. As part of our payroll team, you will be assisting in the payment of liabilities for approximately 3,600 clients who have become employers of their own Personal Assistants.
You will be responsible for processing pay runs for your clients, answering payroll related queries and filing submissions with HMRC. No previous experience with payroll is required, we will train you on everything you need to know, although any previous experience of processing Pension contributions and working with Nest is preferable.
Working with our clients couldn’t be more rewarding. You will be able to get to know their needs and build a close and positive working relationship. No two days are ever the same and using your initiative and great people skills will give you the opportunity to make a real difference every day.
You must:
◾ be self-motivated and organised.
◾ be able to work with disabled people
◾ be flexible and have strong interpersonal skills
◾ be committed to the inclusion of disabled people
◾ be able to manage a workload.
◾ be able to work in a busy office.
◾ be subject to an enhanced DBS check.

(2) Community Engagement Support Worker

We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Community Engagement Team…
Role:
You will use your ability to connect with young people to support them to take part in creative, fun and accessible activity sessions.
You will need to be confident to provide high quality support and personal care, (including medication) and be able to offer behaviour support to young people aged 5-18 years.
As we continue to expand our services across Cheshire, we are recruiting for the following roles;
- Support Worker 7.5 hours a week (Tuesday-Thursday) Cheshire Wide
- Support Worker 5 hours a week (Tuesday and Wednesday) Cheshire West
- Support Worker 2.5 hours per week (Thursday) Cheshire East

(3) Funding Officer
We have a new and exciting opportunity to support the Head of Development and Business Operations in the delivery of our Funding and Income Generations Strategy.
This is a key operational role and you will be responsible for drafting grant/funding bids and tender responses as well as identifying opportunities for growth in both new and existing markets to ensure company growth targets are achieved.
You must:
◾ Be experienced and able to lead on bid writing, tendering and income generation.
◾ Be able to fully understand individual tender requirements and produce high-quality responses to tenders and grant/funding applications.
◾ Be experienced in bid & tender project management including proposal and tender document management to ensure on-time submissions.
◾ Have experience of income generation methods including corporate sponsorship.
◾ Have excellent commercial awareness and the ability to spot an opportunity.
◾ Have excellent communication and presentation skills both written and oral with attention to detail and accuracy.
◾ Have excellent networking skills.
◾ Be a persuasive, diplomatic and good negotiator.
◾ Have the ability to work to deadlines.
◾ Be a strong relationship builder, both with internal and external stakeholders and be confident working collaboratively with colleagues to develop funding submissions.
◾ Have a commitment to equality and diversity and commitment to achieving positive outcomes for people with lived experience of disability.
