🆕 Support Worker (Part time)
What did you do last night?
Did you build a den? Have fun with music and movement? Cook a new dish?
Do you want to make a real difference to disabled young people with lived experience of
disability or long-term health conditions?
We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Community Engagement Team.
Role:
You will use your ability to connect with young people to support them to take part in
creative, fun and accessible activity sessions.
You will need to be confident to provide high quality support and personal care,
(including medication) and be able to offer behaviour support to young people aged 5-18 years.
As we continue to expand our services across Cheshire, we are recruiting for the
following roles;
- Support Worker 7.5 hours a week (Tuesday-Thursday) Cheshire Wide
- Support Worker 5 hours a week (Tuesday and Wednesday) Cheshire West
- Support Worker 2.5 hours per week (Thursday) Cheshire East
