1) Payroll Clerk

We have an opportunity to join our experienced team processing liabilities payments of Tax and Pensions for Carer’s Schemes. As part of our payroll team, you will be assisting in the payment of liabilities for approximately 3,600 clients who have become employers of their own Personal Assistants

You will be responsible for processing pay runs for your clients, answering payroll related queries and filing submissions with HMRC.  No previous experience with payroll is required, we will train you on everything you need to know, although any previous experience of processing Pension contributions and working with Nest is preferable.

Working with our clients couldn’t be more rewarding. You will be able to get to know their needs and build a close and positive working relationship. No two days are ever the same and using your initiative and great people skills will give you the opportunity to make a real difference every day.

▪️ be able to work in a busy office
▪️ be subject to an enhanced DBS check

2) Supported Banking Clerk

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Supported Banking Team, reporting to the Supported Banking Manager. A full time and part time position is available. The successful candidate(s) will be part of a team that administer direct payment/self-funded bank accounts for approximately 1,300 clients. This includes processing payments in line with the account holder’s instructions for payslips and invoices, sending audits to local authorities and Clinical Commissioning groups when requested and reconciling accounts.

You must:

Have experience of working with databases and case recording systems and have excellent communication skills. You are required to work independently as well as part of a team and have the ability to manage your own time and caseload.
