1) Payroll Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to work as part of the Company’s Management Team, responsible for the effective management of the Payroll Service Team and to ensure the smooth running of the department, providing a payroll service to people with experience of disability and long-term health conditions who have become employers of Personal Assistants. You must:
▪️ Have experience of managing a large department.

▪️ Be able to successfully manage the development and performance of a team, including Employee Relations issues.
▪️ Have experience of Customer service focus.

2) Payroll Clerk

We have an opportunity to join our experienced team processing liabilities payments of Tax and Pensions for Carer’s Schemes. As part of our payroll team, you will be assisting in the payment of liabilities for approximately 3,600 clients who have become employers of their own Personal Assistants.

You will be responsible for processing pay runs for your clients, answering payroll related queries and filing submissions with HMRC.  No previous experience with payroll is required, we will train you on everything you need to know.

Working with our clients couldn’t be more rewarding. You will be able to get to know their needs and build a close and positive working relationship. No two days are ever the same and using your initiative and great people skills will give you the opportunity to make a real difference every day.

3) Assistant Group Coordinator & Inclusion Worker (for disabled young people aged 5-18 years)

What did you do last night?
Did you build a den? Have fun with music and movement? Cook a new dish? Try a new sport? Do you want to make a real difference to disabled young people with lived experience of disability or long-term health conditions?

We have some exciting opportunities to join our expanding Community Engagement Team whereby you could be doing all this and more, whilst working with a supportive and dedicated team.

The Roles:
You will use your ability to connect with young people to support them to take part in  creative, fun and accessible activity sessions. 

You will need to be confident to provide high quality support and personal care, (including medication) and be able to offer behaviour support to young people aged 5-18 years.

As we continue to expand our services across Cheshire, we are recruiting for the following roles;

  • Assistant Group Coordinator – 7.5 hours a week (Tuesday-Thursday) – This is an exciting opportunity to support young people aged 5-18 years, with lived experience of disability or long-term health conditions, within our after school club and our youth group. You will be responsible for working with the Group Coordinator to plan and deliver weekly sensory based activity sessions, working with a small team of support workers and volunteers. Working across Cheshire.
  • Inclusion Worker – 12 hours per week (Tuesdays & Wednesday) available with flexibility required to work daytime, afterschool and evening, with occasional weekends, covering Cheshire West.  You will be responsible for supporting young people to access universal community-based activity groups based in Cheshire West.
