(1) Community Engagement Support Worker

We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Community Engagement Team…
Role:
You will use your ability to connect with young people to support them to take part in creative, fun and accessible activity sessions.
You will need to be confident to provide high quality support and personal care, (including medication) and be able to offer behaviour support to young people aged 5-18 years.
As we continue to expand our services across Cheshire, we are recruiting for the following roles;
- Support Worker 7.5 hours a week (Tuesday-Thursday) Cheshire Wide
- Support Worker 5 hours a week (Tuesday and Wednesday) Cheshire West
- Support Worker 2.5 hours per week (Thursday) Cheshire East

(2) Payroll Clerk (Bolton)
We are pleased to say we have been re-commissioned to deliver the Payroll Service for our Bolton contract and are now seeking to recruit someone ideally local to Bolton area for an opportunity to join our experienced team processing liabilities payments of Tax and Pensions for Carer’s Schemes. As part of our Bolton payroll team, you will be assisting in the payment of liabilities for approximately 700 clients who have become employers of their own Personal Assistants.
You will be responsible for processing pay runs for your clients, answering payroll related queries and filing submissions with HMRC. No previous experience with payroll is required, we will train you on everything you need to know, although any previous experience of processing Pension contributions and working with Nest is preferable.
Working with our clients couldn’t be more rewarding. You will be able to get to know their needs and build a close and positive working relationship. No two days are ever the same and using your initiative and great people skills will give you the opportunity to make a real difference every day.

◾ be able to manage a workload
◾ be able to work in a busy office and remote working

(3) Care & Support Advisor
We are pleased to confirm that we have been commissioned to deliver our brokerage service to Bolton Council and are now looking to recruit Care & Support Advisors to deliver support for this service who are ideally local to the Bolton area.
Our Arrangement of Care and Support Advisors provide high quality information and support to both referring Health & Social Care professionals and eligible customers who are in receipt of a Personal Budget (Direct Payments), Personal Health Budgets and self-funded/private clients.
We seek an individual with a background in social care who can support disabled children and adults to live independently in their local communities.
The successful candidate would empower the individual and ensure they have the support they need to retain their independence.
You should be motivated, enthusiastic and have a passion for what you do.
You will need to demonstrate high ethical standards, take personal accountability for everything you do, and always want to be the best.
If you have some experience of social care, through life experience, voluntary placement, or paid work, we believe you will have the transferrable skills required for this exciting role.
You will need to be well organised, a confident communicator and have loads of motivation and a determination to always deliver your best.

(4) Supported Banking Clerk (SBS)
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Supported Banking Team, reporting to the Supported Banking Manager. The successful candidate will be part of a team that administer direct payment/self-funded bank accounts for approximately 1,300 clients. This includes processing payments in line with the account holder’s instructions for payslips and invoices, sending audits to local authorities and Clinical Commissioning groups when requested and reconciling accounts.
You must:
Have experience of working with databases and case recording systems and have excellent communication skills. You are required to work independently as well as part of a team and have the ability to manage your own time and caseload.
