Supported Banking Service – Sarah’s Story

Sarah* previously managed the direct payment funding for her son. This became overwhelming and Sarah was referred to the Supported Banking Service to set up and manage the account on her behalf.

We now handle payments to her son’s Personal Assistants, HMRC, and other providers. Sarah still keeps full control over who’s employed and what her son’s care plan looks like, but the administration is taken off her plate.

Sarah says the service has made a real difference to her wellbeing, freeing up time and energy she can now spend on her son rather than on paperwork.
