Arrangement of Care

Arrangement of Care and Support / North West Care Co-operative – Brenda’s Story

Brenda* lived in a place where she wasn’t happy and it affected her mental health and wellbeing. She eventually got her own home and the support she needed through our Arrangement of Care service, working alongside the North West Care Co-operative.

We helped Brenda find suitable accommodation, set up her care package, and recruit Personal Assistants who understood her needs. The Co-operative model means Brenda has a voice in how her service is run, not just what it delivers.

Brenda says having her own home and a team she trusts has transformed her mental health. She feels in control of her life for the first time in years.
