The Financial Year End will soon be here and this year, the National Minimum Wage has increased to £8.91p per hour (from £8.72)
If you use our Payroll Service you must make sure that your Personal Assistants (PAs) are paid above the National Minimum Wage from the 01st of April 2021 – for their age group for all rates of hourly pay.

Amending your PA’s rate of pay is easy, all you need to do is email payrolldisabilitypositive.org as we need any requests to change a rate of pay in writing – we’ll do the rest.
