DATA PROTECTION REMINDER
All staff to check emails are being sent to correct person and to check attachments are correct by opening them before sending. All staff to check printing to ensure that you haven’t picked up someone else’s documents
WEBSITE UPDATE
All staff have received a user name and login for the staff user area on the website – You are now able to access all policies and forms and staff news section to keep you up to date!
MARKETING UPDATE
All team Managers to write a blurb on their service by 12th Dec. This should be a short and succinct paragraph.
DECEASED CLIENTS REMINDER
All staff to ensure that if they are advised that a client has passed away that Caseworker is updated appropriately (Please ask your Manager if unsure)
MEMBERSHIP UPDATE
Disability Positive’s membership has been reviewed. All existing Disability Positive members have been retired and clients who were formally members (Including Cheshire Payroll) have been sent a postcard inviting them to log in to the website and register for membership. We currently have 195 members signed up. When staff go out to see clients or they sign up for Payroll or Supported Banking and the client lives or works in Cheshire can the client be sent a membership postcard these are in the stationary room or point the client to the membership tab on the website.

Comments made by staff in 1-1s must be acknowledged and managers responses to the comments recorded within the document.
WELFARE MEETINGS
Agreed Actions from welfare meetings must be minuted. Actions should include a clear plan and timescales where appropriate.
