Do you need support to manage your mental health and stay well?
Do you feel isolated from other people or are you going through a particularly difficult time or struggling to cope with your thoughts and feelings? We can help.
Our team of volunteer befrienders can offer you a friendly face and listening ear when you feel alone and would like some company from someone with shared interests.
We also offer access to a counselling service with independent, qualified counsellors of your choice, for up to six sessions. We can help you with worries or concerns that you need to talk to someone about, such as -relationships, anxiety, living with disability or a long-term condition, or something else.
To use our service, you need to:
- Live in Cheshire
- Have lived experience of disability, long-term health condition or caring responsibility
- Want to talk to someone
