The Buzz Youth Group

Join in with our community social activities

Unfortunately Disability Positive’s current contract for the Buzz Youth Group in Cheshire West, ends on 31st March 2022.  We are sorry to advise it is unlikely there will be places available for the group before this date and understand this may be disappointing news for you; if you would like information about alternative services in your local area please visit the Cheshire West Live Well site or email

Disability Positive hope to continue to deliver services for disabled children in Cheshire West from April 2022 but we do not know, at this time, what these services will be. You can keep up-to-date with an news about future services via this website or via our Facebook page at

We have a range of groups supporting disabled young people and adults to join community social activities.  

Covid 19 Information (updated May 2021): We are slowly returning to face to face activity sessions, so our zoom sessions will be closing over the next few months.

As of June 2021, our brilliant Buzz group has a long waiting list for new members.

We are a fully accessible youth group for disabled young people aged 5-18 in Cheshire West and 12-18 years in Cheshire East.  We’re open after school during term time and daytime during school holidays (apart from the Christmas holidays) in: Ellesmere Port Neston, Northwich,  Macclesfield and Crewe. 

You can come to Buzz group  without your parents or carers and our fully qualified staff team will look after all your needs with dignity and respect. We can give medication, personal care and 1-1 behaviour support. 

You will also have the opportunity to become a member of our steering group  and help us plan and develop the group. 

We do loads of great activities, including cookery, sports, creative art, drama, bushcraft, theatre visits and annual residential stays.

Our group is  funded by Cheshire West and Chester Council and Cheshire East Council.
