“Chairs appointed to a new network to give disabled people a stronger voice”

We are very pleased and proud to announce that our Chief Executive Officer – Lynne Turnbull, has been successfully appointed as one of the 8 Chairs to lead 9 new Regional Stakeholder Networks (RSN).
The RSN are tasked to “amplify” the voices of disabled people and disability organisations across England.

On recognising the newly formed Network and its Chairs, the Minister for Disabled People – Justin Tomlinson said:
“If we are truly to break down the barriers faced by disabled people in everyday life, it’s vital that we listen to their views.”
