New System for Our Payroll Customers

From January 2023, we’re introducing a new and improved system for monthly liabilities information for our payroll customers.

Liabilities means the amount you need to pay through payroll and includes HMRC (tax) and any fees you need to pay to us.

Why are we making this change?

We’re making this change after listening to what our payroll customers have told us. The new system will offer a much better way for customers to monitor and keep all their liabilities information. It will also allow easy access each month’s information, all in one place when needed for audits.

What do I need to do?

If you are one of our Payroll customers, please follow the instructions below to start using the new system:

As we are setting up the new system, we have not sent liabilities information to you for a few months. You will be able to see this information when you start using the new system from January.

All of our Payroll customers will have been sent this information, but if you have any questions please email your Payroll Clerk.
