Disability Confident is a Government scheme that helps employers attract, recruit, and retain disabled staff.
It replaced the previous Guaranteed Interview scheme and Two Ticks scheme.

As well as your membership of the Government scheme, you’ll receive a certificate in recognition of your achievement, and a badge that can be used on your business stationery, social media, and communications for 3 years.
