Our website has a service finder. You describe what you need in your own words, and it suggests which of our services might help.
What happens to what you type
The words you type are sent to Google, whose artificial intelligence works out which of our services fit. Google act as our data processor under a written agreement, and the processing takes place in Europe. We don’t send your name, your contact details or anything else about you. Just the words you type.
Before your message leaves our website, we take out anything that looks like an email address, a phone number or a postcode.
Google don’t learn from your conversation
Google don’t use these conversations to train or improve their own artificial intelligence. They keep them for a short time to check that nobody is misusing the service, and then delete them.
We don’t keep it either
When you close the page, the conversation is gone. We don’t keep a copy on our website.
Please leave out personal details
Please don’t type names, addresses, dates of birth or medical details. The service finder doesn’t need them, and it is designed to help without them.
It doesn’t make decisions about you
The service finder points you towards information. It does not decide what support you can have. A person always does that. If you would rather talk to someone, call us on 01606 331 853 or use our contact form.
You don’t have to use it
Contacting us the usual way gets you exactly the same help. Our main privacy notice explains your rights and how to contact us about your information.
