Community Connections visits Northwich Carers Centre

Come to Carers Trust at Northwich today, Cate from Disability Positive is coming to give a talk about two of our services.                                        Community Connections is a service allowing parents and care givers the chance to have a break from their caring responsibilities. Cate will also be talking about our volunteering opportunities, and what it is to be a volunteer.
