Journey First is a joint project delivered in partnership with Cheshire East, Cheshire West & Chester and Warrington Local Authorities and is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF). The project provides intensive 1-2-1 support for young people aged 16-24 and adults across Cheshire and Warrington.
